Getting surgery, chemo therapy, or radiation treatment wouldn't be a good idea. If you fuck with the cancer, it just spreads faster and is more vicious. It'd be best to just leave it alone for as long as possible. He'll live longer and it won't cost as much. I feel your pain. My mom has an ovarian tumor. I think it's cancer, but the doctor says its just a benign tumor. It's about the size of a small watermelon or cantelope now. If it gets too big, it will threaten to take her life.
I know, my mom was unneccesarily cruel to me, but that's not reason enough for me to not give a crap about her well being.
I hope your uncle will be ok. :'(

one of my uncles has throat cancer too, though i dont think its as bad a case as yours, but my uncles blind and he cant talk either......
